Like to use a Purchase Order (P.O.)?
We gladly accept School and Library Purchase Orders. You can either:
- Fax or mail your own form
- Shop online with us…then click the “P.O.” option under payment section we will then wait to receive your school/ library P.O. number and confirmation info.
All Purchase Orders must have:
- min. $20 order
- valid P.O. number on school/ library form
- complete bill to/ship to info.
- Contact person name and phone number
- Authorized signature and position of signee
Our Product Guarantee To You:
If you're not 100% excited with your purchase, simply return it to the above address for an even exchange. Don't forget to include a copy of your invoice with the item circled. Remember- all returns must be in resaleable condition. ( items must be unopened, resource book bindings must be ‘new', etc..) Customer pays return shipping.
We do our absolute best to make sure your items are sent in perfect condition. However, please understand that things do happen. If you receive a damaged good, please notify us within 10 days of receipt. We will send you a replacement item and our sincerest apologies, along with a return shipping label for your damaged item. BookSmart is not responsible for damages due to the shipping carrier. If you receive a damaged box please do not accept it. ( It should then return to us. We can then replace your items.)
How will I know if my order has been received?
You will receive a confirmation e-mail notice.
How much will it cost to ship my items?
All orders over $50 will receive FREE SHIPPING anywhere in the continental U.S. Orders under $50 will incur a $5.00 shipping charge. If shipping to a providence please call 1-800-98KIDS1 to determine shipping amount. We will gladly pay a fair portion of the shipping cost.
Will I be charged sales tax?
Only orders in Florida will incur taxes. All orders shipped to a school or other tax exempt organization will not incur taxes IF we have a copy of your tax exempt certificate on file or you mail/ fax it to us.
What are my options for payment?
We gladly accept school purchase orders –please see section above about this process. We also welcome Visa, Mastercard, money orders, and personal checks.
Can I purchase a gift certificate?
Yes, definitely. These make great gifts for teachers as well as parents. The ‘gift certificates' button is located at the top right hand side of the home page.
When will my order be sent to me?
All orders are shipped out within 3-10 business days.
